Yogurt is a product that combines yogurt with cashews and pieces of fresh fruit, creating a highly nutritious dish that offers numerous health benefits. Fruit and Cashew Yogurt can help treat conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, stomach issues, aid digestion, and contribute to skin health. However, making this dish is not overly complicated. You can find variations of yogurt with different fruits, such as strawberry yogurt or yogurt combined with various natural fruits like watermelon, apples, grapes, pears, dragon fruit, and jackfruit.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 ripe apple
  • 300g strawberries
  • 70g crushed cashews
  • 2 containers of sweetened yogurt
  • 150ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 can of sweetened milk
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar

Basic Steps to Make Fruit and Cashew Yogurt:

Step 1: Prepare the Fruit

Wash and peel the mango, banana, and apple, then dice them. Remove the strawberry stems, soak them in saltwater for 10 minutes, rinse, and drain. Reserve some strawberries for later and blend the remaining strawberries until smooth to achieve a pink color for the yogurt.

Step 2: Make the Yogurt

Pour half a can of sweetened condensed milk and three cans of water into a pot, heat it to approximately 40-50°C (104-122°F), then turn off the heat. Add the sweetened yogurt and stir until the mixture is fully dissolved. Taste to check if the yogurt is sweet enough; if not, you can add sugar to taste.

Step 3: Yogurt Incubation

Transfer the yogurt mixture into jars or bowls. You can incubate it using various tools like a rice cooker, air fryer, or yogurt maker for about 6-8 hours. Once incubated, remove the yogurt and let it rest for 10 minutes. Afterward, mix it with the blended strawberries, ensuring even distribution. Finally, place the yogurt in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to chill.

Step 4: Presentation and Enjoyment

After completing the above steps, you can now serve your delicious fruit and cashew yogurt. Add the previously set-aside strawberry pieces, mix well, and savor the fruits of your labor
